Culinary Bucket List

Everyone has things they are afraid to make.

Maybe it seems too labor intensive or time consuming. Maybe it involves exotic ingredients you’ve never once had in your kitchen. Or maybe you fear you lack the right “technique”, and you resolve you’ll tackle it right after you get out of culinary school.

Yes, well, not all of us are going to culinary school.

I’ve found that my passion for food inspires me to try things I’ve never tried before. Something about holding a fresh, locally grown piece of produce inspires me, pushes me to new limits. “In the name of science!” I exclaim, while holding a radish aloft. (Or something.)

Here are the things I want to conquer. It’s an evolving list in progress.
